How to Prepare
Equal Weightage: All five sections have 20 questions each, carrying 80 marks.
GK & IE Advantage: Since QA/LR/LC are common, excelling in the high-weightage General Awareness and Innovation & Entrepreneurship sections is crucial for a top percentile.
Speed Test: CMAT has 100 questions in 180 minutes with no sectional time limits. A flexible time strategy is key.
Expert Preparation Tips
- Start early – 6-8 months is ideal.
- Focus more on accuracy than attempting all questions.
- Read newspapers & editorials daily for VARC.
- Use timers while solving DILR sets.
- Don’t ignore revision – it’s as important as new learning.
